Event FAQ's

Can you cover a full day group event?
Most of our event photography is across a full day. We regularly cover dancing events and set up a studio within the venue, seperate from the competition area. Sports events, due to their nature usually only take a couple of hours anyway, so setting up is simple. Whatever you need, just ask, one of our staff will be able to help.

Is it expensive?
That depends entirely on the booking. For large group events we don't charge a sitting fee in the local area, and charge for individual prints at the same price as our portrait costs, though for large purchases we offer a discount(see portrait FAQs).

Can you travel to our event?
Of course, however, we would ask for a small deposit, (dependant on the location and the event) and a mileage fee of 30p per mile if it is over 20 miles from our base in the North West.

When will we receive the photographs?
After you place your order, prints are usually sent within 7 days, but we do ask that you allow 14 days so that we can do any editing that may be required.
